    Fill out this form to enter your team, and one of our Fish-A-Thon Committee Members will be in touch to help you with next steps. Our webmaster will add a page to the site for you and set up a link for people to use to make a donation to your team.

    5. Where are you going to fish? We encourage you to stick with one body of water. It should be a body of water where you can identify a problem facing the water and a solution to that problem. Right now, we’re only fishing fresh water.

    7. What’s the issue facing that water that you want to highlight? It might be material pollution / trash, a specific invasive species issue, access, water quality, siltation, discarded mono, over-harvest or selective harvest, etc.

    25. You can send your 2012 FishAThon Team photos to our webmaster via email. Please be sure to include your team name.
    26. FishAThon Team registration is $25 which covers some of the administrative costs for your 24 Hour Fish A Thon Participation kit. When you click on the 'Submit' button you will be sent to our FAT Registration Thank you page until March !st. After that you will be sent to Donation form to make your $25 Registration Fee. Please select the $25.00 FishAThon Team Registration payment button.
